El regreso de Yolanda Andrade a Montse y Joe estuvo cargado de emoción y sinceridad. La conductora, quien continúa su lucha por recuperar la salud tras ser diagnosticada con dos enfermedades degenerativas, abrió su corazón frente a las cámaras y habló con valentía sobre el aspecto más difícil de este proceso: la depresión.
En la reciente emisión del programa, Yolanda compartió un momento muy íntimo junto a Montserrat Oliver, Lucía Méndez y Pepillo Origel, con quienes reflexionó sobre los altibajos que ha enfrentado en los últimos meses. “Hay días en los que me siento bien y otros en los que simplemente no tengo fuerzas”, confesó, visiblemente conmovida.
Su regreso fue recibido con cariño y admiración por parte del público, que aplaudió no solo su fortaleza, sino también la honestidad con la que habló de su experiencia.
Es la primera vez en este 2025 que Yolanda graba un programa, su recuperación ha sorprendido a colegas y seguidores, y aunque no reveló los nombres de las enfermedades que padece, sí habló con sinceridad de lo mal que la ha pasado.
“Es una fatiga absoluta en mi cuerpo, que de la nada es como si apagaras la luz, se me baja el switch”, expresó.
La conductora de 53 años se sinceró en “Montse y Joe” y contó lo doloroso que han sido los últimos meses, sobre todo porque su mente está bien, pero su cuerpo no le responde.
“Tú no sabes las que he pasado, mi mente está completamente bien y no me puedo mover”.
Andrade admitió que entre el torbellino de emociones que ha vivido, hay una que reconoce a la perfección y con la que ha tenido que lidiar: la depresión.
“Es un tema muy personal porque a todos nos da diferente, a la familia cansa mucho aunque se turnen, pasas por muchas emociones, principalmente hay una que reconozco perfecto, que es la depresión, es una depresión absoluta porque no puedes hacer mucho, no te reconoces, porque yo mi voz, y como hablo, que siento que yo no lo había escuchado”, dijo.
Entre lágrimas, Yolanda admitió que cuando ve videos del pasado no se reconoce, y eso la pone mal, pues dice, pareciera que está atrapada en otro cuerpo.
“Cuando yo me oigo, digo ‘no soy yo’, cuando yo veo videos de antes me da mucho sentimiento y parece que es otra persona, pero soy yo, atrapada en otro cuerpo, como que el estuche se me cansó”, reflexionó.
Andrade, quien fue recibida entre aplausos por la producción, agradeció los rezos que tiene para ella la gente, y aseguró que es gracias a ellos que se ha sentido mejor; también ha platicado con otras personas que padecen lo mismo que ella, lo que la hecho sentir acompañada.
“Esto que tengo es una enfermedad que ya he platicado con otras personas que la tienen y eso me hace sentir comprendida, es como el doble A, en estar en una terapia de grupo”.
